Workplace Policy (At Office)

1. Purpose and scope

This document sets out the workplace policy of Fly Explore Traveltech Private Limited (“Company”) for conduct at the office and related premises. It applies to all employees, contractors, and visitors when they are on Company premises or representing the Company. It is intended to ensure a safe, respectful, and productive work environment and to comply with applicable labour and workplace laws in India.

2. Code of conduct at the workplace

All persons on Company premises are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner. The Company does not tolerate harassment, bullying, discrimination, or violence. Everyone must comply with applicable laws, including those relating to prevention of sexual harassment at the workplace (PoSH). The Company may have a separate internal policy on prevention of sexual harassment; employees will be informed of the same and provided access to the Internal Committee (IC) or equivalent mechanism as required by law.

Use of Company resources (including IT systems, equipment, and premises) must be in line with Company policies and for legitimate business purposes. Unauthorised use, misuse, or conduct that harms the Company’s reputation or operations may result in disciplinary action.

3. Attendance and working hours

Working hours, attendance, leave, and remote-work arrangements are as per the terms of your employment or contract and any applicable Company policy communicated to you. The Company may require attendance at the office when necessary for business. Any changes to standard working arrangements will be communicated through official channels.

4. Health, safety and environment

The Company is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace. All persons on premises must follow safety instructions, use equipment properly, and report any hazards or incidents to the designated person or management. Fire exits, first-aid, and emergency procedures will be communicated and displayed as required. We expect everyone to cooperate in maintaining a clean and safe environment.

In the event of any workplace accident or injury, the incident should be reported promptly so that the Company can take necessary steps in accordance with applicable law and internal procedures.

5. IT and assets

Use of Company IT systems, devices, and data is subject to the Company’s IT and information security policies. Confidential and personal data must be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and internal guidelines. Unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse of data or assets may result in disciplinary action and legal consequences.

6. Grievances and reporting

If you have a concern or grievance relating to the workplace, including conduct of others or violation of this policy, you may report it to your manager, HR, or the designated authority. Reports can be made through the channels communicated to employees. The Company will handle reports in accordance with its internal procedures and applicable law, and will not retaliate against anyone for raising concerns in good faith.

7. Updates and contact

This workplace policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to employees through appropriate channels. The latest version will be made available on the Company’s website or intranet as applicable.
